Default I mentioned this on a different thread

I know strong exercise is strongly promoted, however if you require more Sinemet to continue an exercise program, is it worth it?

great question. there is the potential benefit for pd with aoerbic exercise but there also seems to be numerous other benefits if you google dementia, heart disease, cancer, diabetes, etc. do those benefits outweigh the negatives from more sinemet? your're talking about having to maybe taking 50-100mg before you exercise?

of course with all these studies that say you reduce your chances of getting this and that by 50%, if the chance of that condition occurring is already small is a 50% reduction that big of a deal so imho you have to take these findings with a grain of salt.

fwiw, have signed up for a forced exercise tandem bike study at the university of wash, if i complete it i might have more to say. starts jan 7th.

there are other studies showing improvement with dance, yoga, tai chi and less vigorous exercise so i wouldn't limit your options to strong exercise.
