Default

Just ordered tart cherry supplement for dad (87) he has so much trouble sleeping...benedryl helps sometimes. He slept some better taking one of my mucuna balls before bed...which I have been doing for almost a week now (mucuna I grew, shelled, steamed and mashed....mine do differently for some reason than the boughten mucuna powder...not bitter and a gentler reaction) I am anxious to see if tart cherries will help him...thanks soccertese.
