Default Watch online intro to Qigong with PD flavor

This Friday there's an online video event (free) about Qigong. There's an interview with Bianca Molle (whom I've met and taken a lesson from) - she talks about her recovery from Parkinson's symptoms. You be the judge. If you miss it I think the whole event will be posted for later viewing. You do need to register here:

Default chi GONG))...!!

I read somewhere that Qi practitioners (when they are not making up new ways to spell and defeat Dr. Evil at scrabble ) divide our muscles into 96 groups and that a typical workout will stretch 94 of those. Now, that is kool!

Default qì (氣) and gōng (功)

well unfortunately the live video event had some technical difficulties - both sound and audio...

Regarding qigong spelling - maybe we should adopt chinese characters? qì (氣) and gōng (功)

And somewhere I heard that there are over 5,000 forms of the movements. Too many for my PD brain to remember.
