Default Survey of women with PD needed for WPC
Hi,

Women with "PD know there is a very real link between PD and estrogen. Our PD is negatively impacted monthly and from pregnancy. Please take two minutes and complete this survey from Sara Riggare of Parkinson's Movement.

This is a link to a survey on Parkinson's disease and women in preparing for a Round table discussion at WPC 2013. Please help us by completing the survey! We want men with PD and people without PD to respond as well!
