Not at all surprising to hear given that there is no proof our neurons are even "dying" in the first place. Still it is good to hear this being stated openly by a scientist.

dying cells or loss of axons, the result is pd.
the bigger picture is can gene therapy reverse pd in advanced pd and will the ceregene trial which should be reporting soon have significant results?
