Aunt Beans tincture is approx only 2 drops = 1 mg. Ken Allan made the comment when he tested it 5 years ago that it was a small but significant amount. I still only take a dropperful when needed which is 20 to 22 drops at approximately 10 mg l-dopa. Depending on what foods I have eaten and what kind of day it is (home on the farm or out around people/ playing music/ having to communicate etc...I take 2 to 5 doses a day at this time. I was up to 6 doses last winter and spring til the fresh foods started coming in (especially watermellons, peppers/ egg plant/ tomatoes/ fresh green beans and lima beans and favas of course. I look at all I do as just food, but the tincture is for symptoms that the food just didn't cover . I have gone with only one dose some days when there was an abundance of these foods to graze on. God has blessed so very much this year with enough crops to eat and plenty to share with those around us...so much to be thankful for!
