Default good idea

I'm out of town a few days but will do so when I get back. Betlien wrestling with my BP anyway. I'm beginning to hope that my cuff is going bad on me, but high BP is supposed to go with PD to a certain extent. Sounds like another "simple question" I'll start another thread.g

Default I'm with Paula

I LOVE to spin. When we were kids we'd spin around on the grass untill we fell over. Do you strap yourself in for the ride? I used to drive my coworkers crazy because I would spin my office chair. I still spin my desk chair and it always feels good...I guess Paula and I are just a couple of spinny chicks!!
The only time I've experienced motion sickness was one time we were out sailing and I had to go below for some reason. There were no windows and I became very disoriented. Mucho bad experience. I also love the feeling of turbulance on an airplane -but I don't like radical roller coasters and I hate Ferris Wheels. Oh ya, I also love to hang upsidedown. Must have been a bat in a previous life.
