Default Brain exercises

Hi all,

I am wondering if you recommend any brain exercises/training?

I am trying to find something for my Dad. Many of the studies I've read say that brain training doesent really help. But I'd like to see if you all know of anything for retraining the brain.

Depends on your expectations but exercise programs help. Google "LSVT BIG"
"Delay the Disease," etc.
