I read that the 3 main nutrients that one should take to enhance brain nerve factor activity and stimulate neurogenesis are phosphatidyl serine, glycerophospho choline and acetyl carnitine. Phosphatidyl serine by itself enhances the release of dopamine. Also inflammation is one of the major inhibitors of neurogenesis so one should take anti-inflammatories daily, I take aspirin because it is also a good antioxidant and anticoagulent. I recently started learning about auricular acupunture, and putting pressure on the shen men point on the ear causes counteracts inflammation.
you don't have parkinson's and are offering unproven suggestions on neurogeneration? i don't get it.
