Confused Parkinson's Treatment?

Just got this from a friend and would like to know if anyone out there has had this treatment and if so, what are the results? ExAblate Neuro MR guided focused ultrasound for Parkinson's Disease, esential tremor,neuropathic pain (basically in Birmingham, UK)

That was posted earlier on the forum. I think a company is starting a trial in Baltimore for basically the same thing or it might be the same group from the UK. Very promising treatment though. Non evasive and safer for those excluded from DBS because of blood thinners, bleeding risk, etc. I would also like to here from someone who has had this treatment.
