Sorry, could not resist that too obvious joke
I'm posting this so that if there are any military folks here, you may be able to see if this might help, as the article mentions collaboration with the army. Here's the link: http://www.army.mil/article/96521/ You gotta wonder, yet again, why the related BrainPort Balance Device and the BrainPort Vision Device (both made by Wicam, Inc. which was led until 2004 by Yuri Danilov, he is now on he team of scientists at Wisonsin/Madison)....are NOT available here in the US but ARE available in Canada and part of Europe. Why are we always last? I don't know that those devices would help PDers but seriously, to not even have the option to try these devices when much of the world does have that option is exasperating. It's not like the drugs to help with balance actually, er, help with balance. |
