The University of Delaware has been working a robotic shoe that enables patients with Parkinson’s to walk in a smooth and steady manner.

Very interesting, thank you. Now if only they came in a leopard print, three inch heel pump I'd be a happy woman! (I can only dream.)

Ha, ha, only a woman could turn a medical device into a fashion statement. Maybe we can get Manolo Blahnik to put out a new line for PWP.....

Great idea…designer high heels for women with PD, money could be made, there must be more of me out there. The joke my adult children have is “Mom will freely hand over her car keys without a problem when the time comes, but which one of us is brave enough to take away the high heels?”

How will I Stand Tall without them?
