Default a blast from the past!

Friends,

It's been years since I've been active on this site. My son was 13 when he had surgery and is now 28, married and has a child!

I'm hoping that someone out there remembers me and can help me out.

My son's name is Matt and he was on Discovery Health with an episode called
Matt's Story: Battling for Breath.

Since that segment aired, I have given away all copies of that episode.

I was hoping that I mailed someone out there the VHS tape and they still have a copy.

If any of you have a copy of this tape will you please get in touch with me? My e-mail address is proudest_mama@yahoo.com

And, for those of you who remember me, I've been on the same medicine, and same dose (Mirapex and Artane), since I was diagnosed 9 years ago at the age of 44. God is good!

Thanks ...
Terri

I'm sorry I don't have a copy of your tape, Terri. Hope someone else will be able to help you.

Time does fly, doesn't it. If you have a little time, could you let us know what you think has allowed you to do so well with no progression in 9 years. That's wonderful! I think people like you have more potential to help everyone than half the drug companies!

Hi Terri,
I remember you too, though sadly cannot help you with your request. It is always nice to hear from people who haven't been around for a while, or even a long while.

Like Peggy I too wondered how you have kept that stable for so long. There are a few people here who have levelled off once their treatments came right. Not most though, we generally have ups downs, and overall more of a downward slide than you seem to be having.

It is good to hear from you, hope you will keep dropping by.
