New drug slows Alzheimer’s in mice

Researchers have successfully tested an Alzheimer’s drug derived from curcumin (turmeric) in mice and it could also treat other neurological disorders like Parkinson’s and Huntington’s disease

I’ve been cooking with turmeric for years. It adds a beautiful saffron color (anybody remember Jeanne-Claude Christo’s installation “The Gates” in Central Park?) to rice, chicken soup, and egg salad.

So how much did they use? Is this available in any journal?
