Default Exercise survey
A friend of mine who is developing a device to help Parkinson's patients record and analyze their exercise asked if I would post the survey to people who have Parkinson's and/or people who are caretakers for those with Parkinson's. Please check it out and answer if you will. His request follows:

We are conducting a survey on exercise and Parkinson's. Hopefully the results will help shape our business. Could you forward this to anyone you know who either has Parkinson's or has a loved one with the disease?
