Default anyone seeing a pattern here?

what is it that we just can't/won't process? what is (if there is one) the emotional fallout/cause that comes with this condition? Navigating our subterranean perceptual frame of reference imho is the work of healing at its most foundational level. makes me wonder why pders carry around an extraordinary amount of.....fertilizer...

these things help me....after decades of constipation am doing best I ever have with this issue but have to take magnesium....
CALM magnesium powder at night before bed (have to adjust dose up and down depending on bm frequency)
fresh squeezed organic lemon juice in fava pod juice first thing in the morning
an ergonomic assistive device (squat like you mean it) www.squattypotty.com
No bread / yeast in diet - takes time to see difference -be patient
LOTS of fresh fruit and veges
