Default Reading, Cognitive Stimulation

http://www.psmag.com/health/lifetime...decline-61800/

A good book and a cold drink on a hot summer day, sounds like perfection to me.

And it gets even better because the cognitive stimulation of lifelong reading might give my brain a slight edge against the cognitive decline of PD.

Obviously reading doesn’t “cure or treat” PD. But just like exercise and a healthy diet, cognitive stimulation may just make you feel better. I’ll be heading to my air conditioned public library today!
