Heart the caring thread for PD'ers going through divorce

I have been through this and it is rough, - if anyone wishes to
speak about going through the tuffest things in a positive loving helpful way to help others
please post:

my friends with PD are many, and there are also so many who have had spouses put them through a divorce -which is like putting gasoline on a fire -our stress reaction is an over wheming fight or flight response - as it is the dopamine -our feel good/great chemical
that is missing, and our minds get put on freeze! so we think toooooooooooo much.
While I was going through my D-I-V-O-R-C-E, my spouse treated me very badly -and the negative moods, and energy, made me sick.
so I the idiot -moved to my sisters home... I could not think, my life was
in need of peace, but I was scared, and when you think someone loves you,
and you realize that this is not the case. divorce can be a very good thing.
I remember laying on the floor trying not to cry and get a deep breath -
and I had to learn the hard way -
in that minute, I needed to pray -try to breathe deep, and think on something else, otherwise, panic attacks result,

if you feel overwhelmed -it is better to calmly try
calmy speak with your best friend -do not go through this alone...
you do not have to?
