I checked with Ronnie Todero of the Parkinson's Disease Foundation about posting these questions and received this response:

Thanks - one suggestion is that you wait to post the information so that folks can go directly to the PDF page on our website to learn more about the PDF Community Choice Research Award, enter their question themselves and get credit for their submission.

Either way, I will make sure that all the questions get posted, but I like the idea that you each get credit for your ideas.

Each person needs to post their own question. Go to pdf.org and on the front page is: PDF Launches Community Choice Research Award. Follow the prompts and submit your question - one per person.

I spent yesterday with the Parkinson's Study Groups, learning about the latest research in several areas, even asking questions and providing my patient point of view on occasion. PDF has made this possible and encourages us to interact and speak up.

Thanks Nan.

This is an excellent initiative.

The list of questions (115 at the moment) makes interesting reading in itself.
