My ego says Dr. Joe is making this change process too simple - but what my heart knows is my evolution (my substitute word for "cure") can only come thru my heart. It seems he is offering a blueprint for this = brainstem to pineal to amygdala . So what ~changes can I intend today? well my dentist appt is in a couple of hours - will practice feeling ecstatic that all I need is a cavity filled (the hygenist found a big hole in a molar)- gotta find a way out of dentist dread - chop wood carry water
thanks muireann for the link - dr joe is one of my favorites

Hi moondaughter,
Several points stood out for me. The idea that if u persist with negative thoughts u habitually produce toxic chemicals, to the extent that you modify the receptors and end up in a state of craving for more negativity, "addicted to pain and suffering". How well a dx of pd, with its negative prognosis, sets us up for that! I also liked his solution to environmental cueing - close your eyes and meditate. |
