should i call you doctor olsen ? i guess it needs a doctor to know about it
because the story is the neurology doctor sent me to the mri clinic with
my dossier then they gave it back after the mri was done but i took off
to home after that and forgot to give the dossier back to the doctor
meaning is i shouldn't be asking about these things or read the diagnostic
report . but when i got home it needed 48 hours to get the mri result i checked the report on the dossier :

1_ bilateral flexor plantar response

is the normal thing. yesterday i thought its the other way around the Extensors

the doctor did not put an arrow up or down as with other symptoms

now i know i dont have the babinski response , yesterday i thought
i had it .

as for facial expressions the doctor did put an arrow down and with the symptoms i had since last year i guess i know what the doctor means .
since last year i was running when i started having numbness in left legs then tremors in both hands and a bit of weakness in hands and tremors in face and neck maybe the doctor noticed that, or wrote it out of my statement. or maybe saw something else in my face and the doctor said i didn't blink much per minute i feel some heaviness in left side of the face is caused by those tremors .

as for the dtj all over she had an arrow up i am in Cairo so DTJ allover
may refer to a local acronym or a hospital code .

thanks anyway

do you think it have multiple sclerosis ? ill update you on my condition
as soon as i get my mri results

Hello prescient

I just want to be sure you know you are posting on the Parkinson's Disease forum?

I cannot find any reference to the DTJ you refer to and would suggest you ask the doctor who sent you for the MRI.

Just an FYI that the members of these forums are mainly patients or their loved ones, not doctors or health professionals.

Prescient, why don't you just call the doctor and ask him/her your questions? That would seem to make more sense than trying to get non-medical strangers on an Internet forum to interpret a doctor's notes on charts they have never seen for a patient they don't know. If you do have a neurological disease, you will be spending time with your doctors for many years. It will be in your best interest to learn quickly to ask many questions and make sure the docs answer them to your satisfaction. The good ones will have no problem with this.

Good luck

well as i told you i shouldn't have had that diagnostic report with me
the doctor just forgot to take it back . the doctor might feel bothered by
me interfering in hospital record and might not be wanting to explain the
medical expressions used by them to me .

as the mistake i made reading about the

bilateral flexor plantar response when i thought it the Extensors one .

but as i got those papers anyway i thought why not to read about it .
and also the doctor clinic is inside a huge hospital you need to call
the reception office first then ask them to connect you with the doctors
in neurology clinic where there is 3 or 4 of them so you cant find the
specific doctor who examined you . i mean its not a private clinic
and anyway it turned to be this :

Deep Tendon Jerk

thanks

We can't answer that question prescient, the interpretation of results like that is not a simple yes or no. If you want to follow it up I suggest you do your own research on deep tendon reflexes.
