Default Nadh?

Assuming that NAD stands for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, I have taken the reduced form NADH as I read it was great for PD. Nothing happened but then again, in the studies they used an injectable form. Maybe I didn't take enough or take it long enough. I give most experiments around 2 months to show me something which in some cases, e.g. acupuncture, is probably not enough. Google NADH and Parkinson's and quite a few entries appear.

Maybe if I had kept it up I could be 20 again by now!

Just my luck. My aging dog will want to take me for a walk.

I take NADH first thing in morning with large glass of water/empty stomach.
Helps with the fatigue. Never felt a thing till I switched to Source Naturals Enada Nadh.
