Default Longvida and the BBB

http://truttmd.com/who-the-heck-is-paul-offit/

About half way down the page is a webinar. The area between 26 and 40 discusses what form of curcumin is better absorbed and passes the blood brain barrier. It turns out that Longvida not only does so but can be used to diagnose Alzheimer's by looking at the retina. Fascinating!

Could you tell me a little about how the Lithium fits in your routine, what it does for you, how much daily, when and what brand you take.

Lithium Orate, I'm only seeing 5mg and 120mg. What is the difference between dosages?

Hi Badboy99.

I take lithium orotate 5 mg by Pure Encapsulations, one capsule daily in the morning. I do this based upon the advice given at http://stopparkinsons.com/recommenda...-disease-lite/

Even though I am an old onset PWP, I figured that it seemed a worthwhile addition to the handful I already take. I just started recently but I am looking to prevent further progression, Thanks for asking.

120 mg of lithium orotate (the salt) contains around 5 mg of lithium (the element.)
