I wanted to share with you a new website that may be helpful to some of you. Especially those who live in rural areas. Brian Grant is a former MBA player who has young inset Parkinson's. He has teamed with the Oregon Health & Science University to develop higher level physical excercise programs specifically designed for Parkinson's patients. His website has instructional videos that teach you how to do these and explains what it is designed to do for you. These may be helpful to some of you who do not have access to strong support in your community. There are also sections on a Nutrition and Wellness. It's just another "tool" in your arsenal for fighting this disease. Please take a moment to look through the site and see what may be useful to you.
