Default PCC looking for NEW PROJECTS

Many of you are familiar with the Parkinsons Creative Collective (PCC), a group of online writers on the Neurotalk PD board with a strong interest in patient advocacy. Our first project was producing the best-selling book “The Peripatetic Pursuit of Parkinson Disease” (available on Amazon and at www.parkinsonscreativecollective.org).

With one great success on the table, PCC is looking to initiate other projects that will benefit the Parkinson’s community...maybe a monthly webinar series addressing issues common to us all, produced by and featuring PwPs...maybe something completely different....

We are looking both for your creative inputs for new projects and for new members with creative ideas to join PCC.

Your turn!

I think that the Book has been successful enough to justify a second volume.

New, good material is being produced all the time.

My thanks go to everyone working on the project.

John

Hi Nan - I've talked with some people about the value of putting the current book into a more handbook oriented format; maybe a tabbed notebook.

I think the current version is smashingly beautiful, and true to the Collective's initial aesthetic, but I think it could also be useful in a different format.

Maybe one way of doing that would be to transfer the info to their website in the form of an online handbook.
