I am on the opposite of a paleo type diet--no meat, just whole grains, legumes, vegetables, nuts and fruits. I feel great--good even energy, have no constipation troubles (flax and chia seeds are helpful as Aunt Bean suggested), have lost weight, less weariness and brain fog. I am not on ld yet but I would think it would not mix well with a high protein diet.
This is about MS but I'd think the concerns outlined would be similar for PD http://www.everydayhealth.com/news/l...6pLid%3D473929 |
