thanks robert,
i emailed mylan last week, waiting for an answer.
i posted a question on "ASK THE PHARMACIST" on the NPA website if mylan was still available. i'll let you know what they say. if a 25/100 exists will try to get my neuro to give me an RX for that size and see how (2) 25/100 works or even 1.5 tabs works. every mg counts with us old codgers! cost may be a factor, the mylan drug was quite a bit more money, my pharmacist used to be one of my pharmacy computer customers so gives me their pharmacy direct costs.

seems fewer generic mfg's of sinemet, must be more money to be made on other drugs.

ironic how we all are focused on new meds and research yet the most significant affect on our pd might be having good CR generics. controlled release are the most difficult drugs to copy from what i understand and i don't think they have to be tested on people with pd, just have to make sure l-dopa blood levels are comparable.
