Default did my head injury caused the beginnings of Parkinson's

hi guys. Obtain an acquired brain injury from a doctors malpractice with medication. I get severe internal tremors starting in the back of head when waking up and vivid dreams that I always remember. what do you think my next step should be. from what I've read on some previous post I am sorry about the lost one of your friends.
