Hi Everyone,
I am not allowed to post complete links because this is my first post. I am a PD patient. I found the name of Dr. Tuma in National Geographic article: *edit* Name of article: "Stem Cell Tourists" Go Abroad for Unproven Treatments. This is his website: *edit* Googling Jorge Tuma I found out: - He is visiting professor at Collumbia University, USA. - He is a member of the ICMS. - He keeps data of his surgeries, not random. - His method: injecting the affected organ with stem cells from the patient's own bone marrow. Has anyone heard of him and what do you think? Last edited by Jomar; 08-19-2014 at 11:49 PM. Reason: sorry, no linking or attempts for new members |

Why leave the US? Stem cell studies for Parkinson's are now being done in the US apparently. Has anyone tried this?
