Can a change in medication cause a lose in arm and leg strength, as the body is acclimated to it?

How is this theory:
Medication that has the dyskinesia side effect changed so that it happens less often and not as long each time, while still on another medication. The dyskinesia which is unwanted may have been an exercise for the legs and even arms... so that now the strength of some or all four limbs isn't getting exercised. If not or in association with the medication switch in general... with this occurring around the same time. |
