Not sure if it is available in tablet form, but you can buy pomegranate juice in the grocery store. Walmart has it in 8 and 16 oz. containers. 2 bucks for the 8 oz. size. I have been drinking it periodically for about a year now but did not know it might offer PD benefits until I read the article I posted. I am hoping tart cherry juice is helping with my pd, too. It has certainly been a godsend for depression and sleep. So, I think I am not going to wait for the drug companies to come up with a drug from pomegranate when juice is avalable to us now.

Wink

That is really strange because I have been avoiding pomegranate (it is often paired with blueberries in juices and other products). Because I had read that it might exacerbate PD. I don't know how to post a link but if you google Pomegranate and Parkinsons, the 3rd or so hit down you will see some studies done with rats where pomegranate exacerbated PD. Go figure.

I remember that study came out just this past April. Confusing, isn't it. Welcome to the world of PD.
