Default schizophrenia = 8 "diseases"

We've often commented here about why PD symptoms vary from one PWP to another, both as to occurrence and degree. It does make one wonder whether PD has one cause or many, and I think most here fall into the "many" camp.

Along this line of thinking, today I read an article stating that schizophrenia has not one cause, or even 8 as the article title states, but many more: the researcher states in the article there may be as many 80 or more causes! Here's the link:

http://www.cnn.com/2014/09/16/health...html?hpt=hp_t2

What does this mean for PD, particularly in light of the article out of Copenhagen that PWP actually have plenty of dopamine (at least until very late in the game)? If only I knew
