Welcome to the forum Damon. We had a fairly long conversation about cinnamon in July, after the research was reported. You can see the thread at:

Feel free to comment or ask any additional questions you may have.

Hi Damon,
Since reading the article on cinnamon, I've been using a generous amount on the vegetables I bake every night. It mixes in with the olive oil I bake the vegetables in and tastes pretty good. I haven't noticed any miracles yet but will continue using certainly can't hurt and a lot better for side effects than these meds I'm on.

Default progression

Hoping to slow or stop progression in PD is made problematical by the fact that progression is usually slow and there is no reliable way to measure it. Trying a substance to slow progression means waiting for years and even then you won't know if the progression was slower than it might have been without cinnamon or some other intervention.
