what is it like getting one?
did the injection cause any reactions? did it efficiently help rule some things out? pardon spelling/grammar hands/body super fatigued atm... |

It was an ok experience. No reactions. They inject a radioactive drug that binds to your dopamine receptors and then scan your brain. You have to be very still while scanning. My PD symptoms were greatly reduced after they gave me the drug. The test pretty well confirmed PD as opposed to essential tremors.

ah ty so much! yeah this will hopefully be the last test i have to do...primidone did nothing they tried it for essential tremors, the CL is working wonders though, approaching first week of it.
