Juicing is the only way to get those live enzymes and nutrients we so badly need. I used to do it a lot, and now that you have reminded me, I will do more. Yesterday I juiced carrots, black grapes and nastirium flowers and greens. This past summer I was juicing dandelion greens carrots, apples, cabbage, kale, etc. Glad to see you are into it.

So I have to ask: why did you stop, and did you feel any different when you were juicing than when you were not?

Did you juice every day, several times a day, or were the juices your only food? in the movie I mentioned, the guy ate ONLY juices he made for 60 days, nothing else. That is a huge change, from pizza and burgers to only juice from veggies and some fruits. I'd love to hear how you felt while juicing, thanks for taking the time to reply
