Here we have Madopar Rapid (taken orally) which as the name suggests is rapid when a quick rescue is needed.
Im assuming you are in U.S. where there is or used to be liquid Sinemet which was virtually the same, is it still available?
If so from what I gather it works very fast like the Madopar rapid we have only downfall is rapid on but then it doesn't last as long as the tablet form.
Ask your neuro if they have a quick rescue type of levodopa like that.
