I'm sorry about my slow response.

No, I did not find anything for the nausea. My nausea was mild and I more or less adapted to it. Your nausea sounds quite a bit more severe.

Default Nausea & Vomiting

I just read that it is the vomiting center located in the brainstem which is responsible for nausea and vomiting while taking levodopa. It contains nerve cells whose job is to detect toxin in the circulation and provoke stomach to vomit to prevent further absorption, and it is sensitive to levodopa and many other substances. If a person is absorbing levodopa especially well even small amounts can provoke this response. In the beginning taking small amounts of levodopa only after meals to slow its absorption might lessen this response with time (could be 3 to 6 months).

My husband has PD and has just a tremor in both hands. He just started taking 40% D5 Mucuna Powder this past week. Gerry, how long were you on Mucuna before it helped control your tremor?
Thank you,
Terry

Hello MDay -- I realize you are in Venezuela.
See if you might have anyone who does LSVT BIG (movement) and LSVT LOUD (Speech). For me it had an impact in helping me get moving again, to the point I was able to start doing Yoga, stretching, and mild walking.

Very least look on Amazon for a book by David Zid "Delay the Disease". Link goes to his web site.

Lots of great suggestions already given, but exercise and stretching does make a difference.
