Hello MDay -- I realize you are in Venezuela.
See if you might have anyone who does LSVT BIG (movement) and LSVT LOUD (Speech). For me it had an impact in helping me get moving again, to the point I was able to start doing Yoga, stretching, and mild walking.

Very least look on Amazon for a book by David Zid "Delay the Disease". Link goes to his web site.

Lots of great suggestions already given, but exercise and stretching does make a difference.
