I am moving back to NYS, Corning. I am looking for a neurologist, or should I just go to Richester?

The Movement and Inherited Neurological Disorders Unit (MIND) at The U of Rochester is very highly regarded. It's one of the three National Parkinson Foundation Centers of Excellence in NY (the other two are in the NYC). If it were me, I would definitely give them a visit as part of your search.

You can also use Partners in Parkinson's MOVEMENT DISORDER SPECIALIST FINDER. Just put in any USA location and find MDS located in that area:
