Angry Tremor...just venting

All I needed to do was wrap four grandkids presents tonight!! That's all. Yes, I know it doesn't matter, but they look horrible.

Lately my tremor gas been SOOOOO bad I would welcome a DBS yesterday.

And now Friday I have to begin packing my home so I can move back to NYS at the end of januArpy, weather permitting. I don't believe that five weeks is enough time

This is just one of many days these past few months that I hate living alone, and that is t going to change. I hate going to the grocery, stopped going to church, etc. etc. not because of embarrassment, which has never plagued me, but because it is just hard and unloading groceries is worse.

I went to the Huge mall in Baltimore, which I love to go to...I sat in the foid court half of the time ehile my daughter and grand shopped. I sat there because I could barely use my debit card, let alone do much else. :holy sheep: I never carry cash because I can't get to it!!

The good thing thAt will come out of this move is thAt my younger daughter can be there for me when I need help. My older daughter here can't, she is a college administrator and has a severely disabled son. AND I will live only two hours from Linda H...yippee yea.

After more than two decades....I am just tired...tired...tired.

Thanks for listening.

Carolyn,
I can feel the frustration in your post. The crying out for a break, already. I want to tell you to hang in there, I'm praying for you.
That sounds great that you are moving to where you will be with family and a better support system.
I know that the challenges are seemingly insurmountable at times. I pray that this transition goes smoothly.
perhaps when you get settled and established you could look into DBS. It is a life changer for sure.
Sorry that I did not see your message sooner.
May your days be calmer and brighter.

In prayer,
Jim

Thank you Jim. Yes, I plan to get a referral to the MDS at Univ of Rhochester. I called them and they need a referral. I'm hoping my neurologist here can make that referral as I know the wait period for a new patient apot is probably three/four months...ugh

It's not surprising that you are tired, tired, tired! You move, move, move (your household contents) about every 6 months to a year. Nobody can rest lugging their belongings behind them. Do you really believe the move to New York will help?

I think and pray for you often. Living alone is a huge obstacle in itself, but moving so often makes i t worse.
Try to rest uup. A re you planniing onn a ttending rhw PAN forum in March?I'm not sure what to do. There are scholarships, but they are competitive. I feel as if I have been given financial assistance so many times that I would not have a chance.

I miss seeing and talking to you

Peg

Peggy

How is the shoulder? One if these days Linda wants to skype three-way with the three of us.

Hey now, I haven't moved in FOUR....count 'um...four years. I think its a record for me. Can you believe that. My daughter and son-in-law want to sell my place (yes, again). Same as last time I moved.

PAN Forum, no. They did extend the scholarship deadline, and Linda was going to try to go too. I no longer qualify for a scholarship since I haven't volunteered with PAN for a long time. I burned out and dropped off the radar about the same time we all stopped updating the Pipeliners site. If either of you go maybe I could come in on the Red Line for dinner one night.

Thanks for the prayers. Sending my cell number by PM. CALL ME WHEN YOU ARE "on" and available. I miss everyone terribly!!!

Carolyn
