I purchased his Super Foods Shake for Men and the minerals bottle. While it may work for some my PD symptoms didn't seem to be changed much and continue to progress. I suggest you try it as it may help. I don't like that the super shake has 10 grams of sugar per serving though! I am convinced that diet is the key to stopping and even reversing PD. Reducing sugar and junk food seems to me to be as important as eating the right vitamins, proteins and minerals. I still take the Mars shake mix several times a week.

I fully agree with you Zanpar321, In my personal opinion, one of the fundamental keys to solve the puzzle Parkinson, is to inquire about the abuse of sugar had in the life of the PDer's_
For me, as a child, I often abused sugar, both in the simple form (as much sugar in the morning cappuccino, for example), both in its more subtle form (ie within the so-called junk food).
My naive question is: abuse of sugar for a long time = PD ????

Exactly! SIM00. I also had lots of sugar with morning cereal and loved donuts and breads until I was diagnosed with PD. Nowadays High Fructose Corn Syrup or refined sugar is put into almost everything so may be why Autism, PD etc. and other diseases of the brain are on the increase. I believe sugar is a toxin for sure!

I definitely think diet has a huge impact. When my brother would come to visit for a month and eat a totally different diet from the things he was used to at home....he began to improve greatly in 2 weeks time. At home he ate store bought white bread (no doubt lots of preservatives..)a lot of processed lunch meats ( bologna...again ,preservatives)Banana Popsicles...cookies, chips etc... no vegies except corn occasionally. With us...food consisted of a lot of vegies, fruits, whole grain freshly ground bread, (bread with no preservatives) No processed meats. It is amazing. the change we could visibly see daily along with plenty of sunshine and exercise. He would go home after a month...right back into old diet and be back in the same poor functioning state within a few days. His wife would call and say...I thought you said he was so much better!! But, the diet at home never changed. FOOD is life...you are what you eat and we have to make good choices or go downhill. Only we can chose our course.
