Default Healthy Lifestyle, Not Supplements, Linked to Longevity

In summary:

Antioxidant supplements should not be used to replace a nutritionally adequate diet. A healthful diet characterized by high amounts of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and fish should be recommended to avoid nutritional deficiencies and to prevent chronic disease

i'm sure the supplement industry will disagree. sure seems to be a lot of research on the benefits of tea, fish oil, vit-D. there have been studies showing no benefit, even a negative benefit to vit-E but a benefit to taking a full spectrum vit-e.

wonder how she feels about just taking a basic multi, especially for those that can't get/afford to eat a lot of fruit/veggies
