Default Rock Steady!

Here is more information on the study. I've been doing Rock Steady Boxing here in San Francisco for about 6 months. I can't say enough good things about it. It's a great workout and lots of fun. Regardless of your level of PD, they will make it work for you. If you have a Rock Steady in your area I highly recommend checking it out!
