JUST CURIOUS, do you have parkinson's? i might have missed something, but your posts don't indicate you do and you stated chinese medicine is great for pd and are making personal recommendations on a number of alt. treatments for pd.

I think more importantly than the coffee recommendation is the statement:

I enjoy coffee and really don't "need" it first thing in the morning, perhaps mid afternoon would be more 'medicinal'.
