Dr. okun's university
briefly mentions RYTARY, PT for feet/toes, biochemical basis for benefits of exercise, tricks for overcoming freezing
detailed description of DUODOPA by pd nurse who trains patients, caregivers

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T-D-KPfoCJw

about 4 hours!! in length, duodopa section was very interesting, very detailed, lots of patients described.
one patient ate a can of chocolate covered almonds and went off, too much protein.
duodopa doesn't work for everyone, people in wheelchairs can now walk.
describes 2 year resistance exercise trial with good symptomatic relief
