Default gut project analysis

Has anyone actually done this yet ?
I have recently been trying to increase my probiotic intake but it would be interesting to know if I have a lack of Prevotellaceae and how much Enterobacteriaceae I have.

In short I treated for candida overgrowth with caprylic acid and then spent about 6 weeks or so eating some parmissiano reggio cheese every evening for the bacteria in it.

I did NOT do the microbiome test, nor of course the fecal transplant. Reading the entire post above well be most helpful IMO.
