Default Finally a great night's sleep

i was describing to a friend how wonderful my sleep has been. He reminded me that I should share. I was awakening every hour or so every night having to take a carb/ leva 25/100. It was weird because I would look at the clock and it would read 2:22 then 3:33 and so on... Don't know what that could possibly mean! Anyway the important thing is that at 9pm every night I take one 20 mg paroxetine hcl, one wal-som soft gel( look in the sleep aid section of Walgreens)
And one half dropper under the tongue of liquid cbd 100 (available online at Sootheen.com. This combination causes me to relax and have a peaceful 8-9 hour sleep from which I awaken clear headed and ready to go. Everything else I've tried left me with fog head in the morning.

Default awakening

How do you feel upon awakening with no carb/levo in your system. When I go that long I am not walking well and literally bouncing into walls to stop my forward momentum.

Default A little off balance

i have learned to get my feet soundly up under myself and go slow otherwise my bad balance will find me quickly making friends with the rug. That lack of balance however doesn't seem to have much to do with my c/l dose. I can say that this combo I'm taking allows me to awaken very clear headed.

Default a few questions...

Thank you for sharing, and so happy to hear you are sleeping better. It makes all the difference!

I have a few questions....

1. are you getting this better sleep regularly, or is it sporadically better?

2. are any of the items you take Rx?

3. what is cbd?

Thanks!

Default Explanation of sleep aids

Yes, the ability to sleep is highly consistent. The only thing I'm taking that is rx is the paroxetine 20 mg which is Paxil, an antidepressant. Cbd is extracted from hemp and also is a component of marijuana. The good thing about cbd is it does not get you high, it just helps relax you and lessen pain.
