I spoke to the Dr - I am going to the Xicepta office tomorrow to pick up Agitan X.

I'll keep you all posted!

I am really hoping that this works out to be useful...

That would be so wonderful!!!

quote from their facebook page makes me highly suspicious

"In addition, the L-Dopa in Agitan X helps ease depression and anxiety" HUH?

why add l-dopa to a supplement if the other ingredients are supposed to treat your symptoms? and if your're currently on C/L?

just as much chance you might do harm with this product.

best of luck.

best of luck.

There are other reasons for suspicion such as plans to sell this via multi-level marketing. However, I talked to the doc again and he said there is only a small amount of mucuna in the product and no one has needed to discontinue or reduce their l-dopa because of the Agitan X. He also said there is a money back guarantee.

I have tried a lot of other crazy therapies. Who knows. Maybe this one might work. I'm still an optimist.

just too risky for me, anyone can say anything they want about a product. makes no sense to me to have mucana in the supplement in such small amounts that it wouldn't affect your normal C/L dosing, i guess in your case your mucana dosing. i guess you'll find out soon enough.

Also urging caution...

In addition to what everyone else has said, I would add that the inventor of this cocktail also is listed as the inventor of a similar cocktail for another company, here is their site:

http://humanofortinc.com/about-human...fort-inventor/

This inventor may be a genius, this may be a supplement that helps PWP all over the globe, this could be a total and complete breakthrough, and that would be awesome.....but. This other company, where some of the copy reads very similarly to that on the xicepta site, does give me pause. Sorry to be the Debbie Downer here, but thought I should share what I found. I hope badboy, ST, and others can tell me where I am wrong in my suspicion:)

We are undergoing our own experiment with cbd or whatever that stuff is called, or we might try this ourselves. Heaven knows we have tried weirder and riskier stuff:) So I understand those brave souls who have ordered it and are giving it a chance. Please let us all know what you experience if you try it.
