Default CAM for PD

Interesting statistic on complementary and alternative medicine used by PD patients. Personally I would go more often for a massage if I could afford it. I felt immediate benefit when I did but of course it didn't last. Did anybody try massage therapy on a regular bases or any other therapy that was helpful? I am excluding exercise as we all know its importance.
