Mate synergizes well with Mucuna
thankyou for the reminder baadboy! I stopped drinking mate for a couple of weeks and noticed a decline in energy so am back to drinking it and feeling better already. P.S. One of the qualities of mate that I so appreciate is I suspect it is adaptogenic - steady=comforting
